Information for Exhibitors
This year, we are offering 10 “premium” booth spaces (8′ table) in addition to 24 “regular” spaces (6′ table).
Costs for exhibit booths are:
- Premium Booths: $2,050 for RCA members ($2,500 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person
- Regular Booths: $1,800 for RCA members ($2,200 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person
- Additional exhibit staff registration $750/person for all venues and meals
- Reduced early-bird registration rates available until September 8, 2023

If you require electricity in your booth, please bring your own extensions cords. Alternatively, extension cords may be rented from Encore AV, the hotel’s A/V service provider. Please contact Ecore Audio Visual at FairmontBanffSprings@encoreglobal.com (note that they manage both hotels from this email address) if you need to rent extension cords.
Exhibitors can start setting up their booths on Wednesday, October 18th, starting at 11:00 am. Exhibit viewing is scheduled with the refreshment breaks in-between conference sessions, and as further shown in the program. Exhibit tear-down starts at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 20.
