Information for Exhibitors

We are once again offering a small trade show with our conference.

Costs for exhibit booths are:

  • $2,100 for RCA members ($2,500 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person
  • Additional exhibit staff registration $850/person for all venues and meals
  • Reduced early-bird registration rates available until September 12, 2025

Each 8′ x 6′ booth spaces includes one linenless 6′ table (an 8′ table can be provided instead, upon request), two chairs, and Wi-Fi internet access. Download JPL’s Event Planning Guide / Exhibitor Package which includes information on exhibitor services, shipping labels, and more. Power outlets are not included with the booths. If you require power, please complete the AV Rental Form as well as the Power Survey and send them to JPL’s A/V provider, Encore, to make arrangements.

Exhibitors can start setting up their booths on Wednesday, October 22nd, starting at 9:00 am. Exhibit viewing is scheduled with the refreshment breaks in-between conference sessions, and as further shown in the program. Exhibit tear-down starts at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 24th.

By agreeing to participate as an exhibitor at the Recycling Council of Alberta Conference, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Zero Waste Swag Guideline. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in being asked to discontinue the distribution of promotional items.
