Information for Exhibitors
***SOLD OUT*** We are once again offering a small trade show with our conference.
Costs for exhibit booths are:
- $2,200 for RCA members ($2,650 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person
- Additional exhibit staff registration $900/person for all venues and meals
- Reduced early-bird registration rates available until September 11, 2026

Each space includes one linenless 6′ table, two chairs, power, and Wi-Fi internet access.
Exhibitors can set up their booths on Wednesday, October 21st, between 9:00-11:30 am. Exhibit viewing is scheduled with the refreshment breaks in-between conference sessions, and as further shown in the program. Exhibit tear-down starts at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 23rd.
By agreeing to participate as an exhibitor at the Recycling Council of Alberta Conference, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Zero Waste Swag Guideline. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in being asked to discontinue the distribution of promotional items.

Important Notice for Exhibitors regarding RCA conference: Fraudulent emails
The RCA is aware of unauthorized and fraudulent messages being sent to exhibitors related to the 2026 Circular Economy Conference mentioning a refundable insurance deposit requirement. These messages are not legitimate. Make sure not to reply, click links, send money or use the security answer shown in the message. If possible, report the message as phishing through your email provider.
