We are once again offering a small trade show with our conference, featuring up to 30 exhibits (8′ x 8′).
View the floor plan here. Exhibits will be located on the 2nd Floor, Kinnear Centre building.
Costs for exhibit booths are:
- $1,500 for RCA members ($1,750 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person ($600 value), subsequent exhibit staff registrations $600 for all venues and meals
- Reduced early-bird registration rates available until July 20, 2018

Each booth space includes one 6′ skirted classroom table and a chair. If you require electricity in your booth, please bring your own extensions cords.

Please note that The Banff Centre will not accept any shipments before Sept. 19th.
Exhibitors can start setting up their booths on Wednesday, Sept. 19th, starting at 10:30 am. Exhibit viewing is scheduled with the refreshment breaks in-between conference sessions, and as further shown in the program. Exhibit tear-down starts at 1:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 21st.
