Travel directions and options to get to The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel are outlined here (click on the “Maps & Contact” tab).
Please consider travel times to account for traffic on your journey to the Banff Springs Hotel. Banff can be busy and congested with high volumes of slow moving traffic at different times of the day. While paid parking is available onsite, also consider carpooling, taking a bus, or if you’re staying in town, the BSH is only a 15-minute walk from Town.
Carpooling
If you would like to request or offer a ride with someone else, please fill out our Carpool sign-up sheet. Please only fill out the form if you are ok with having your contact info shared with a few attendees. Transportation is not guaranteed if you sign up. You will (hopefully) be connected with a group of up to four people heading to conference.
Shuttle Bus
Brewster Express is a convenient, affordable transport option between Calgary and the Banff Springs. Sit back and relax in one of their brand-new coaches – with luxury seating, large viewing windows and complimentary Wi-Fi all included. The Brewster will run at specific times throughout the day.
Please visit Brewster Express for more information on pick-up locations, schedules, and to make your reservations.
Parks Canada Discovery passes are available from a wide variety of locations across Canada. You may be able to pick one up close to home in advance, or on your way to visit Banff National Park. Visit the Parks Canada website for details.
