September 4 update: Please note that our room block at the Jasper Park Lodge is sold out, however, they are keeping a waiting list in case rooms open up. If you wish to be waitlisted, you can call JPL’s Reservations Department – toll free with Canada and US at 866-540-4454, direct at 780-852-6044 – or email JPL’s In-Reservations Team at jpl.reservations@fairmont.com and mention that you’ll be attending the Recycling Council of Alberta’s Conference.
You can view other properties in town from the Pursuit collection here: https://www.banffjaspercollection.com/hotels/hotels-in-jasper/. There are options within an 8-minute drive to the JPL at similar rates to what is offered at the JPL. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you to the conference.
For guests who need transport once at the conference, Jasper Transit offers several stops a day between Town and the JPL – view the full schedule here. There is also a taxi service and if you fill out the carpool form, we can connect you with others who may be travelling from hotels in town to the JPL.
While they lasted, the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was offering special delegate rates starting at $271 per night (single occupancy, plus applicable taxes & other charges). Please be sure to state that you are with the group “Recycling Council of Alberta Conference” when booking your room. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made prior to September 20, 2025 to be eligible for the conference rate. After this date, any remaining rooms in our block will be released and higher rates may apply. Please call JPL’s in-house team at 1-866-540-4454 (available Monday to Friday from 10AM to 4PM MST) to make your reservation, or click here to book online. Note that for confirmed reservations a one night room and tax deposit may be applicable at time of booking, and a 72 hour cancellation policy applies.
