Transportation

This year the RCA will offer shuttle bus options from Calgary and Edmonton to Jasper. These will be offered based on demand and scheduling. Please indicate your preference and we will confirm the bus based on numbers. Our goal is to provide convenient transportation that will reduce emissions and make your trip more enjoyable. We understand you may not have your travel plans sorted at this time, however, please select your option of preference below so that we can plan accordingly. Environmental commitments

The RCA is focused on taking steps to make our events fully circular and zero-waste. We are also looking into options to reduce our footprint through smarter travel and food consumption planning. We have a few questions to help us monitor our progress.

Wednesday Oct. 22 Workshops and Tours * 

We’ve curated a few opportunities to engage with the community and support local businesses. The workshops and tours will run simultaneously, so you can choose only one. See the full program for descriptions. Please note that some tours are sold out and we’re now keeping a waiting list.

Wednesday, Oct. 22nd from 7:45 pm – 9:45 pm (limited space available; if needed, we will open a spot at 9:45pm)

Extra Banquet / Spousal Tickets * 

UPDATE Sep18-2025: We’re nearing full capacity for the banquet and therefore can no longer sell further extra banquet tickets or spousal meals tickets.

Your own attendance to the banquet is included in your delegate registration fee. If you plan to bring one or more guest(s) to just the Thursday evening banquet & entertainment, please purchase an extra banquet ticket for each guest ($130/person). We also offer “spousal tickets” for $365/person that include all scheduled conference meals & entertainments (incl. banquet), but no sessions.
