This year the RCA will offer shuttle bus options from Calgary and Edmonton to Jasper. These will be offered based on demand and scheduling. Please indicate your preference and we will confirm the bus based on numbers. Our goal is to provide convenient transportation that will reduce emissions and make your trip more enjoyable. We understand you may not have your travel plans sorted at this time, however, please select your option of preference below so that we can plan accordingly. UPDATE Sep18-2025: We’re nearing full capacity for the banquet and therefore can no longer sell further extra banquet tickets or spousal meals tickets.
Your own attendance to the banquet is included in your delegate registration fee. If you plan to bring one or more guest(s) to just the Thursday evening banquet & entertainment, please purchase an extra banquet ticket for each guest ($130/person). We also offer “spousal tickets” for $365/person that include all scheduled conference meals & entertainments (incl. banquet), but no sessions.
