Stephanie Mah

Stephanie is a Senior Project Lead, Incubation & Design in the Environment, Climate & Forestry Division at the City of Toronto. She contributed to the development of the City’s first 10-Year Circular Economy Road Map, Circular Toronto, which was adopted by Council in November 2025. As part of implementation of Circular Toronto, her work focuses on embedding circular practices into the City’s policies, procurement, design, planning, construction, and operations, collaborating city-wide to reduce waste and encourage sustainable consumption. With over a decade of experience in sustainable city-building, Stephanie brings expertise in systems thinking, strategic planning, circular construction, regenerative design, community engagement, and climate justice.
