Virtual Conference Registration FAQ

What is included with my virtual registration?

Your virtual registration includes access to all conference sessions taking place in Temple ABC and Temple A on Thursday and Friday, Oct.22 and 23, 2026. You’ll be able to join the sessions live through our Zoom platform and participate in an engaging online experience.

How will I participate virtually?

Virtual attendees will access sessions through Zoom, with a fully interactive experience that includes:

  • Live video and audio from the conference sessions
  • Presentation slides shared by speakers
  • The opportunity to submit questions and engage through the chat feature

Will I be able to ask questions during sessions?

Yes! Virtual participants can submit questions through the Zoom chat. Questions will be monitored and shared with speakers during designated Q&A periods, where time allows.

What sessions are included in the virtual program?

Your registration provides access to all sessions hosted in Temple ABC and Temple A on Thursday and Friday. Please note that any sessions, tours, workshops, networking events, or activities taking place outside of these rooms are not included in the virtual registration.

How much does virtual registration cost?

  • RCA Member: $225
  • Non-Member: $300

Registrations for virtual participation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How will I receive access details?

Registered attendees will receive Zoom links and instructions prior to the conference. Please ensure the email used during registration is accurate and monitored.

Will the sessions be recorded and available afterward?

Session recordings will be available after the conference for the individuals that paid for virtual attendance.

Who can I contact if I have technical difficulties?

Technical support details and a contact person will be shared with virtual attendees before the conference.
