Jessica Oliver

Jessica Oliver is the Environmental Systems Manager at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, leading the resort’s environmental programs, reporting, and sustainability initiatives. Her work spans waste and recycling, food waste, water and energy management, environmental monitoring, employee engagement, and more with a focus on implementing initiatives that create meaningful environmental impact while supporting the high standards of luxury hospitality.

Originally from Toronto, Jessica moved out west and began her career with Fairmont in 2022 as part of the Resort Activities team before moving into the world of sustainability. Outside of work, she spends as much time outdoors as possible—trail running, hiking, camping, canoeing, or skiing in the mountains. She is particularly passionate about exploring the backcountry and making the most of life in the Rockies.
