To ensure a successful event for all participants, the following cancellation policy applies to the Circular Marketplace Vendors:
- Vendor Cancellations:
- Vendors may cancel their participation up to 30 days prior to the event and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received 29 days or fewer before the event, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund.
- Substitutions: Vendors may not transfer their booth registration to another vendor.
- Cancellation by Host:
- If the event is cancelled by the host, vendors will receive a full refund of fees paid. The host is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by vendors, including travel, accommodation, shipping, or promotional expenses.
- The host reserves the right to limit a vendor’s registration and/or participation in the interest of creating a well-round event that advances the circular economy.
- Force Majeure: Neither the host nor vendors shall be liable for cancellations or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the host will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide a partial refund based on costs already incurred.
By registering as a Circular Marketplace Vendor, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
