Kylie Hill

University of Victoria

Kylie Hill is a graduate of the University of Victoria, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Sciences. She later pursued postgraduate studies focused on urban planning and sustainable development at the University of Lethbridge.

Kylie began her career in land use planning before joining Alberta Municipalities, where she now works in policy and advocacy. Her work focuses on supporting Alberta’s municipalities as they navigate complex infrastructure and environmental issues, with a particular interest in water, sustainability, and building resilient communities.

Originally from British Columbia, Kylie grew up with a strong connection to the outdoors and the water, spending her summers sailing and enjoying just about any activity that gets her on the water. In her free time, she enjoys pottery, skiing, travelling, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dog.
