Lea Bensaadoune

Lea started her sustainability career with EXO Travel, a leading Destination Management Company with 10 locations across South East Asia. After experiences in Indonesia and Laos, and an unfortunate covid-19 break, she joined the Fairmont brand in 2022 as the Sustainability Lead for the newly opened Fairmont Carton House in Ireland. The journey led her to more arid landscapes as she went to support sustainability leadership of the brand in Dubai. Since 2025, Lea is back in hotel operations leading sustainability for 5 beautiful properties: Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Chateau Whistler and the Rimrock Banff, by Emblems.
