Paul Heynen

Paul Heynen is the Founder and Director of Operations at TrueCan Industrial Technologies Inc., where he leads the commercialization of advanced magnetic-filtration solutions for industrial applications. A Master Electrician and former Safety Codes Officer, Paul brings approximately 27 years of field experience and spent 12 years teaching at SAIT. His work focuses on helping energy, mining, manufacturing and municipal operators remove damaging ferrous contamination from process fluids—reducing waste, extending equipment life, improving operational reliability and supporting more sustainable use of existing assets. Paul is passionate about introducing practical technologies that deliver measurable environmental and economic benefits without adding power consumption or unnecessary operational complexity.
